Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Customer Care Professional. The role involves assisting customers by resolving inquiries, ensuring satisfaction through excellent customer support, and delivering high-quality customer service experiences. The Customer Care Professional will also handle requests, address concerns, and communicate effectively to provide tailored solutions for client needs.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Experience in Customer Support and effective Communication skills Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving Ability to work efficiently in a customer-focused environment Prior experience in customer care or a related field is a plus Fluency in English is a MUST B2/C1Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is a MUST
