Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Oversee inventory accounting with a focus on gold, diamonds, and finished jewelry products
- Monitor stock movement, costing, and valuation (weight-based and price-based tracking)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Ensure accurate recording of purchase, sales, and manufacturing transactions within Odoo
- Handle cost accounting, including making charges, wastage, and production costs
- Perform financial analysis to support business decisions and profitability tracking
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations (VAT, income tax, etc.)
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Optimize and maintain financial workflows within the Odoo system
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Working hours: 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm
- One day off a week
