  • Manage quantity surveying and pricing.
  • Follow up shop drawing approval and material submittal approvals.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to reach the most appropriate prices.
  • Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
  • Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders.
  • Prepare a monthly procurement and financial plan to determine the site needs for the upcoming month.
  • Carefully study the project documents (specifications - quantification - contract - drawings - timetable).
  • Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records are reviewed, approved by the consultant (Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing).
  • Study and prepare requests for information.
  • Prepare technical and material submittals.
