Swapop, an AI-powered marketplace built for Gen Z to swap, buy, and trade items, is looking for a Co-Founder / Product & Project Manager to own product direction, lead execution, and ensure the product vision becomes a real, scalable platform.
This role sits at the intersection of product, execution, and leadership. You won’t just track tasks — you’ll define priorities, guide decisions, align teams, and help shape the company from the ground up.
This is an equity-based founding role, with a clear path to a paid leadership position after funding.

Your Role & Impact
Product Ownership & Strategy • Own Swapop’s product roadmap from concept to launch. • Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements. • Define feature priorities, success metrics, and release plans. • Ensure product decisions are data-informed and aligned with long-term vision.
Project Execution & Delivery • Break product initiatives into actionable tasks, milestones, and timelines. • Lead sprint planning, execution, and delivery cycles. • Track progress, manage dependencies, and remove blockers. • Ensure features ship on time, with quality and clarity.
Work closely with engineers to validate feasibility, scope, and trade-offs. • Review product flows, APIs, and system logic at a high level.⸻
Requirements
• Experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or Product Owner. • Strong understanding of how modern software products are built and shipped. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution. • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity and fast-moving environments. • Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to commit 10–15 hours per week in an early-stage startup.⸻
