As we expand our retail presence, we are looking for experienced and customer-focused Beauty Shop Sellers to represent our brand in leading beauty stores.
Key Responsibilities As a Beauty Shop Seller, you will be the face of DEOC Cosmetics in-store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. Your key responsibilities include:✅ Product Presentation & Sales:Promote and sell DEOC products directly to walk-in customers in beauty shops. Deliver expert advice on product selection based on customer needs and preferences. Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.✅ Customer Engagement & Education:Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and usage. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with regular customers. Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve service and product offerings.✅ Sales Performance & Reporting:Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Report daily/weekly sales and customer trends to the sales supervisor or B2B Manager.✅ Brand Representation:Uphold DEOC’s brand image and maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times. Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events.
What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty sectors. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Passion for beauty and personal care products. Sales-driven, confident, and able to work independently. Basic understanding of sales reporting and inventory.
