Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Cairo, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering tailored insurance and financial solutions, managing client accounts, and providing ongoing customer support and education. The role also includes actively seeking new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage Familiarity with financial concepts and principles, and experience in Finance Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in using digital tools and technologies for remote and hybrid work environments Experience in the financial or insurance industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields preferred
