We are a growing startup in the rolling shutter and construction solutions industry, currently building a structured, performance-driven sales system.
This is NOT a senior salesperson role.
We are looking for a system builder and performance driver.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize the full sales process
• Set clear KPIs and performance metrics
• Monitor daily sales performance and pipeline
• Coach and develop the sales team
• Improve closing techniques and objection handling
• Support the team in high-value deals
• Create reporting and forecasting systems
• Ensure accountability and discipline within the team
