We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team in end-to-end hiring activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition processes and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in HR and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Post job openings on various platforms
• Support HR team with onboarding documentation and reports
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Eligibility & Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes (preferred, not mandatory)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
