Projects Management Head
Location: New Damietta ((( Must be willing to start in 1-2 weeks ))))) Accommodation: Provided Employment Type: Full-time – On-site
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee internal development projects from planning to handover. Manage project schedule, budget, and on-site progress. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve technical issues. Review drawings, technical documents, and material submittals. Prepare progress and technical reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards.
Strict Requirements (Please read before applying)
Minimum 20 years of total experience in construction & development projects. Must have worked as an in-house Projects Manager within a Real Estate Developer / Property Development Company. Experience managing multiple residential (not infrastructure). Strong background in project delivery, site management, and team leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera. Must be willing to work full-time on-site in New Damietta (Company accommodation provided).
