Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves day-to-day responsibilities such as developing strategies, providing customer support or interaction, collaborating with team members, and driving solutions to elevate customer experiences. Candidates will contribute to implementing best practices to improve performance and ensure high-standard deliverables that align with the company’s mission.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Engagement practices Project Management skills to oversee and implement customer experience strategies efficiently Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities for evaluating and improving processes Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Collaboration skills Proficiency in using relevant software and other technology-based tools Experience in the customer experience or digital transformation industry is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
