Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to resolve issues quickly
Use courier software to schedule, track, and manage shipments
Ensure accurate order processing and shipping documentation
Coordinate with courier companies to solve delivery issues and delay
Job Requirements
2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Good / Excellent English communication skills
Experience in handling social media messaging for customer service is a strong advantage
Familiarity with courier and warehouse management software (e.g., Aramex, DHL, FedEx systems)
Good organizational and time management skills
