About the Role We are seeking a QA Engineer who is equally strong in test automation and manual testing, with a passion for AI-driven quality engineering. You will own test strategy, build automation frameworks, and actively leverage AI tools to increase test coverage, accelerate execution, and improve defect detection.
Key Responsibilities Design and maintain automated test frameworks for web and APIs.
Write and execute automated tests using tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
Perform exploratory, regression, smoke, and UAT manual testing.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Use AI tools for:
Generating test cases and scripts
Analyzing test failures and flaky tests
Predicting high-risk areas
Improving regression coverage
Collaborate with developers and product managers to shift-left testing.
Review requirements and provide early QA feedback.
Monitor test metrics and continuously improve test strategy.
Required Skills Strong experience in test automation for web and APIs.
Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
Proficiency in Java Script/Type Script or Python for automation.
Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted testing tools or LLMs.
Nice-to-Have Experience testing mobile applications.
Performance testing experience (e.g., JMeter, k6).
Security testing basics (OWASP).
Experience with contract testing and mocking tools.
Familiarity with Open AI APIs or AI-powered QA
platforms.
