Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist role, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing effective technical support, maintaining thorough product knowledge, and delivering empathetic, timely assistance to customers. The role requires clear and professional communication to enhance the customer experience and maintain the company’s standards of service excellence.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and a customer-focused approach to ensure high Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting customer issues Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer inquiries efficiently Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
