Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Specialist located in Nasr City. The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, supervising personnel management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role involves engaging with employees, resolving workplace issues, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

Experience and proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to develop and implement them effectively Experience in overseeing Employee Benefits and ensuring compliance with regulations Expertise in Personnel Management and managing employee relations Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Relevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CIPD are a plus
