Kayfa is an innovative EdTech platform focused on AI, Data, Technology, and Business education, empowering learners and professionals across the MENA region and beyond. We are expanding our commercial team and looking for ambitious Telesales Executives who are passionate about sales, communication, and growth. Responsibilities:Contact potential customers via phone, Whats App, and CRM tools Present Kayfa’s courses and programs clearly and confidently Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning paths Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRMFollow up with leads and nurture long-term customer relationships Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversions Requirements:Proven experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Call Center Strong communication and persuasion skills Arabic fluency is required (English is a plus) Target-driven mindset with high energy and resilience Experience in EdTech, training, or education sales is a strong advantage Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management What We Offer:Competitive basic salary + attractive commission structure High-quality inbound leads Fast-growing EdTech startup environment Opportunity to grow into Senior Sales / Team Lead roles Work with a mission-driven team shaping the future of education
