Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive onsite and remote technical support for Windows 10, Android, and i OS devices. Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, email, internet, and network printer issues. Deliver, tag, set up, and assist in the configuration of desktops, laptops, and peripherals for end users. Maintain and update incident tickets using an IT service management tool. Offer Smart Hands support for network and data center environments. Support meeting rooms and AV equipment, including Polycom systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of IT issues. Perform additional IT-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2- 4 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience with: - Active Directory -Microsoft Office 365 and One Drive -Windows 10, Android, and i OS platforms Familiarity with LAN networking concepts and server room environments is a plus. ITIL certification is preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
