- Oversee and manage the full operations of all food court outlets within the location.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and customer service.
- Monitor daily performance and achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop operational plans to improve efficiency and performance.
- Manage and evaluate team performance and identify training needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Prepare periodic performance and sales reports for senior management.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Business Administration or Hospitality Management).Minimum of 10 –15 years of experience in restaurant or food court operations management.Strong experience in managing daily operations and ensuring service excellence.Thorough knowledge of food safety and quality standards.Proven ability to manage and motivate multiple teams to achieve targets.Experience in monitoring sales performance and analyzing operational results.Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions promptly.Strong leadership presence with continuous on-site supervision.Applicants must be residents of Alexandria (mandatory).
