  • Develop and implement organizational structures to improve efficiency and clarity.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformations.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvements.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.
  • Advise leadership on process improvement and workforce planning.

Talent Management

  • Design and oversee performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, feedback).
  • Develop succession plans for key positions to ensure business continuity.
  • Plan and implement learning & development programs for employees at all levels.
  • Establish career paths and growth opportunities for talent retention.
  • Monitor employee engagement and implement strategies to improve satisfaction.

 Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze workforce data to inform talent strategies (turnover, performance, retention).
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Benchmark company practices against market trends and best practices.

Employer Branding & Strategic Projects

  • Support employer branding initiatives related to talent development.
  • Lead special projects like talent reviews, high-potential programs, and OD interventions.
  • Ensure HR policies and programs support the business strategy.
