Job Summary We're looking for a seasoned Fleet Mechanical Engineer to lead our bus maintenance and engineering efforts. You'll oversee our fleet of MCV and Volvo buses, ensuring they're road-ready and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for our diverse bus fleet- Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical issues- Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and optimize fleet availability- Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repairs- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards- Lead a team of technicians and engineers- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies
Requirements- 10+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or mechanical engineering- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field- Experience with MCV, Volvo, Izar, and MAN buses- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Leadership experience- Excellent communication and project management skills
