  •  Work on developing a trusted relationship with customers, clients, contractors and consultants to ensure the continuity of the account.
  •  Work on understanding the main customers' needs and requirements and ensure its implementation in a manner that does not violate the company's policies.
  •  Develop relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their goals on an ongoing basis.
  •  Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in logistics and cold store projects.
  •  Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in logistics and cold storage solutions.
     Ensure that the correct products are delivered to customers at the right time.
  •  Coordinate with Technical Office, sales team, Logistics teams, and other department to ensure accurate project execution and timely delivery.
  •  Solve customers’ problems professionally to maintain customer confidence.
  •  Supervise the accounts in the designated area and send a report to the direct manager while ensuring compliance with the company's policies.
  •  Negotiate pricing terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
  •  Develop effective and creative sales strategies for the designated area that help increase the sales volume.
  •  Achieve the specific selling objectives of the account in the designated area.
  •  Prepare monthly sales reports, analyze them and present them to the direct manager.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Any other task assigned by the direct manager or the management.
