  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to expand the customer base for the company.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients across various sectors, including decorative, industrial, and protective coatings.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and applications of the company products.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for business development.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and safety regulations during sales activities.

1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the paints, coatings, or related industrial sectors.Must have a carDemonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients at all levels.Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.Self-motivated, results-orientated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Willingness to travel within assigned territories and attend industry events as required.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
