  • Design and develop power cable constructions (LV/MV/HV) in accordance with IEC, BS, VDE, UL, and other relevant standards.
  • Optimize conductor constructions (compacted, stranded, flexible) to achieve target overall diameters (O.D.) while maintaining electrical and mechanical performance.
  • Lead type tests with internal labs and external certification bodies (e.g., BASEC, KEMA, CESI, UL).
  • Conduct material evaluation and Support cost-reduction initiatives through design and material optimization.
  • Investigate product failures and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Procurement departments to ensure feasibility and continuous improvement.
