As a Technical Office Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our project teams by providing technical expertise, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth project execution. You'll be working at our office, contributing to diverse projects within the construction, civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering domains. Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation for projects.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create and modify technical drawings.
- Implement project management methodologies.
- Develop and maintain time schedules, tracking project progress and identifying potential delays.
- Conduct site supervision to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Follow up on project-related tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Manage interior finishing details, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Communicate with clients to keep them informed about the progress tracking of the project.
- Prepare RFI's and ensure timely responses.
- Manage subcontractor management including preparing and processing subcontractor invoices.
