Procurement & Supply Continuity

• Purchase raw materials and factory-related items in line with approved quality, quantity, price, and delivery requirements
• Issue Purchase Orders accurately and in a timely manner through the ERP system
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and prevent production interruptions
• Coordinate with Production Planning to ensure material availability aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules

Inventory Management

• Support the definition and maintenance of safety stock levels, reorder points, and lead times
• Participate in MRP reviews and inventory optimization activities

Supplier Management & Sourcing

• Source, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers for raw materials and packaging materials
• Conduct ongoing supplier performance evaluation based on delivery, quality, cost, and service
• Develop and maintain alternative suppliers to reduce single-source dependency and supply risk

Negotiation 

• Negotiate prices and commercial terms to meet or exceed company benchmark pricing.
• Track and report cost savings and price variances versus benchmarks.

Cross-Functional Support

• Supply R&D with required raw material samples for trials and development activities. 
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow. 

Reporting & Systems

• Maintain accurate procurement data within ERP (Odoo) systems
• Prepare regular reports on OTD, supplier performance, inventory status, and cost performance
