The Role We are looking for a Junior AI Automation Engineer to own our internal data and lead generation workflows. You won't just be writing code; you will be building the "Revenue Engine" of the company. Your primary focus will be designing, building, and maintaining automated systems that scrape, filter, and enrich data using modern LLMs and APIs. What You Will DoBuild Robust Scrapers: Design and maintain scalable scripts (Python or Node.js) to aggregate data from public sources (Google Maps, Social Media, Directories) while handling rate limits and proxies. Integrate AI Models: Implement LLM workflows (using APIs like Open AI, Gemini, or open-source models via Groq) to clean, classify, and structure messy data into usable insights. Database Management: Ensure all data flows correctly into our databases (Postgre SQL/Supabase) and CRM tools, maintaining high data integrity. Automate Operations: identify repetitive manual tasks within the company and write code to automate them, saving the team hours of work. Deploy & Monitor: Deploy your scripts to cloud environments (e.g., AWS Lambda, Vercel, or a VPS) and ensure they run reliably 24/7. Requirements1-2 Years of Experience: You have a portfolio of personal projects or previous work experience involving backend development or automation. Strong Scripting Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Requests, Beautiful Soup) OR Type Script/Node.js. You write clean, modular code. API Fluency: You are comfortable consuming REST APIs, handling JSON data, and managing authentication (OAuth, API Keys). Database Basics: You know how to write SQL queries and interact with databases programmatically. LLM Knowledge: You understand how to prompt-engineer models programmatically and handle their outputs (JSON mode, function calling). Git & Version Control: You know how to manage your code in a team environment. Bonus Points Experience with Apify or Selenium/Puppeteer. Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make.com for connecting tools.
