Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer (low voltage panels) at HCH Group, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, conducting sales presentations, and assisting in the design and customization of low voltage panels. The role includes developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying client needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements. The Technical Sales Engineer will also collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product feasibility and respond to client inquiries and technical problems.
Qualifications Not less than 3 years of experience in the low voltage panels industry. Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills Strong Communication and Sales skills Experience in providing Technical Support to clients Ability to understand and explain technical products and specifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using sales and CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in the low voltage panels industry is a plus
