Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will provide excellent customer support, handle complaints, and proactively engage with clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include managing customer communications, documenting interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications Experience with Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Strong focus on enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring exceptional service quality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
