We’re hiring: Brand Content & Community Executive Location: Cairo
Nado’s Jewellery is a sculptural, design-led jewellery house built on craft, emotion, and timeless 21K gold pieces. As we grow and expand, we’re looking for a Brand Content & Community Executive to join our team in Cairo and help keep our brand presence consistent, premium, and responsive. This role is ideal for someone who loves content execution, visual storytelling, and community engagement — and who enjoys turning a clear direction into high-quality output.
What you’ll do Create and adapt on-brand content assets (posts, stories, simple reels) Graphic design execution using templates and brand guidelines Schedule and publish content (primarily Instagram) Manage community engagement in a timely manner: DMs, comments, enquiries Manage Whats App Business communication with care and professionalism Support CRM logging and lead handover to Sales (VIP / bespoke escalation included)· Coordinate content and asset shoots (product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes), including shoot preparation and follow-up
Skills & competencies we’re looking for Must-have Strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency Intermediate graphic design ability (Canva and/or Adobe tools) Familiar with basic photo and video editing tools Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening abilities (Arabic and/or English — depending on your profile) Highly organised, reliable, and responsive Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment Nice-to-have Experience with Whats App Business and client messaging Experience with CRM tools (or strong comfort with structured tracking) Interest in jewellery, luxury, design, or craftsmanship-driven brands Personal qualities that matter here Calm, accountable, and detail-oriented Takes pride in quality and consistency Enjoys execution and follow-through Good judgement on when to escalate enquiries (VIP / bespoke) Why work with Nado’s Join a growing, design-led brand with real momentum Work closely with a small leadership team (high exposure, high learning) Build your craft in brand content, community, and growth support Be part of a jewellery house where meaning and making are central
