Qualifications1–3+ years of experience in catalog or product data management within an e-commerce environment. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce, etc.). Work with various internal teams (e.g. supply chain, fulfillment center, technology teams) to help drive tools and process improvements that affect vendor/catalog management workflows. Proficient in using spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) – especially VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc. Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and/or ERP tools. Understanding of SEO best practices for product listings. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and image editing tools is a plus. Ability to understand what messages are most relevant and how to deliver content in the most engaging manner. Develop content performance support solutions that optimize performance and promote adherence to Guidelines and Standards. Identify opportunities for content efficiency and automation and working cross-functionally to implement them-Serve as a stakeholder on content and messaging across all businesses producing. Can liaise with vendors/suppliers to gather missing data or assets. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; business or technical background is considered an advantage. Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in managing people and interacting with customers/stakeholders. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and influence work behaviors. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability. Has experience in managing critical operational processes, with SLA responsibility. E-Commerce experience is a MUST
