As a Commercial Analyst, you will support decision-making through structured analysis, and actionable insights. This role is about using data intelligently to ask the right questions, flag risks and opportunities.

The role will work closely with senior stakeholders, support performance tracking, contribute to pricing and commercial analysis, and lead analytical workstreams within special projects.

Responsibilities:

Analyse business and performance data to support commercial and strategic decisions Translate data into clear insights, flags, and recommendations, not just numbers Support product pricing decisions through structured analysis, scenario modelling, and performance evaluation Build and maintain advanced Excel / Google Sheets models, reports, and trackers Support management reporting by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and logical assumptions Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data gathering, including light data extraction or scraping when needed Support special projects by structuring problems, analysing scenarios, and tracking impact Act as a business partner to stakeholders by challenging assumptions and highlighting trends early Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, operations, finance, and marketing to help develop data-informed business strategies and roadmaps Track- in-month performance for online and offline channels


Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Business or any similar field


Experience:

2 - 3 years of work experience in a strategy/business analytics/sales enabler role, having closely worked in an e-commerce company


Knowledge:

Proficient in Sheets/ Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Python/ SQL is a plus


Skills:

Ability to crunch heavy data, build insights and drive operational decision making Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
