Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist (French Speaker, B2 Level) based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries by providing timely and effective solutions, addressing customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive experience. Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues, managing customer concerns, and delivering high-quality support in French, while maintaining professional communication and empathy throughout customer interactions. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Interpersonal Skills, including effective communication and empathy Experience in Technical Support and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues Strong Analytical Skills for identifying problems and recommending solutions B2-level proficiency or higher in French (writing and speaking) is required Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Cairo Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools
