Role Description This is a part-time remote position for an MSc/PhD – Software Engineering Instructor. The successful candidate will conduct online classes, create educational content, design instructional materials for software engineering, and provide guidance to learners. Responsibilities include delivering quality lessons, facilitating discussions, and offering technical support and mentorship in the subject matter. Instructors are expected to adapt to diverse learning needs and contribute to the growth of our learners across different backgrounds.
Qualifications Proficiency in Computer Software Training and Training methodologies. Strong Software Development expertise, including hands-on coding and problem solving. Experience with Communication and delivering clear, engaging instruction. Knowledge in Instructional Design to create and structure relevant learning materials. An advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Passion for teaching and empowering learners Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
