Role Description

This full-time on-site Supervisor role is based in New Cairo. The Supervisor will oversee and manage daily operations, ensure the team meets performance targets, and maintain compliance with company and industry standards. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team, scheduling tasks, monitoring service quality, resolving operational issues, and implementing organizational strategies. The Supervisor will work collaboratively with departments to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals, all while ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills Operational management experience, including task scheduling and resource allocation Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities Attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines Adaptability, communication, and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not required
