Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agent at Met Life Investment Management, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for some outdoor work. The Agent will be responsible for supporting client engagement efforts, executing administrative and operational tasks, and liaising with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency. Daily responsibilities may include responding to client inquiries, preparing reports, managing documentation, maintaining databases, and contributing to the success of assigned projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members Organizational and administrative skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and working with relevant software tools and systems Basic understanding of financial markets, investment principles, or prior experience in asset management or finance Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to completing tasks and addressing challenges Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home opportunities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Prior experience in client services, financial operations, or investment management roles is advantageous
