Join our team We are hiring a Homeroom Teacher to lead KG and early primary classes and deliver clear, engaging English instruction within a tech-forward school. This role involves extensive English communication with families and stakeholders; therefore, C1/2-level proficiency is required.
What you will do• Teach English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies at KG/primary levels with clear objectives and structured routines.• Plan lessons aligned with Cambridge Primary and American standards; differentiate for varied learning needs.• Conduct student assessments during the admissions process and place learners appropriately.• Use ongoing assessments to track progress and inform instruction; maintain accurate records and reports.• Build a positive classroom culture and manage behavior effectively.• Communicate with parents regularly and professionally.• Collaborate with specialist teachers on projects and school events.• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies at all times.
What you bring• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field plus a recognized teaching qualification.• 2 to 4 years of successful KG/primary classroom experience in British or American curriculum schools.• Strong classroom management, differentiation, and assessment practice (including admissions assessments).• Confident use of educational technology (learning platforms, interactive panels, productivity suites).• Advanced fluency in English (C1/2-level or equivalent) is required for instruction and parent communication. Arabic communication with families is an advantage. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.• Collaborative, organized, and student-focused. Compensation and benefits• Salary range: 20,000 to 30,000 EGP per month, based on experience and qualifications.• Transportation, social insurance, and medical insurance.• Tuition fee discount for dependents.• Ongoing professional development.
