Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to oversee the URTECH website and enhance our marketplace performance, with a strong focus on Amazon and Noon.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on execution ability to drive sales growth, improve product visibility, and strengthen brand positioning within competitive online marketplaces.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Marketplace Management
- Oversee and optimize the URTECH direct-to-consumer website to ensure excellent user experience, strong conversion rates, and effective SEO performance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketplace strategy across Amazon, Noon, and other relevant platforms.
- Continuously enhance product listings using SEO-driven content to improve discoverability and conversions.
- Create and maintain Premium A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) to clearly communicate URTECH’s value proposition.
Performance Marketing & Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted PPC campaigns across marketplace platforms to achieve maximum ROI.
- Track and evaluate key advertising metrics including ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS.
- Build effective bidding strategies to leverage high-performing keywords and customer search trends.
Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to implement strong inventory control systems and prevent stock shortages.
- Analyze sales patterns and seasonal trends to improve demand forecasting accuracy.
- Coordinate efficiently with Amazon FBA and Noon Fulfilled services to maintain optimal stock availability.
Competitive Intelligence & Strategic Pricing
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis within the premium tech accessories market to uncover opportunities.
- Develop and apply advanced pricing models with a solid understanding of price elasticity, margin optimization, and market positioning.
- Execute dynamic pricing strategies across both website and marketplaces to maintain competitiveness while maximizing profitability.
- Plan and manage promotional initiatives, including Lightning Deals and special offers, to accelerate sales performance.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Monitor and assess essential marketplace KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, BSR, and Unit Session Percentage.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven enhancements across all sales channels.
Brand Reputation & Customer Experience
- Manage customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to uphold a strong brand reputation.
- Partner with Customer Support to ensure smooth customer journeys and effective issue resolution.
- Recommend product improvements based on customer insights and feedback analysis.
Skills & Requirements- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience managing product listings and growth strategies on Amazon and Noon marketplaces.
- Demonstrated success in increasing sales and improving conversion rates in e-commerce settings.
- Strong expertise in marketplace SEO, keyword research, and PPC campaign management.
- Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Google Analytics.
- Experience handling seller accounts through Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and competitive pricing models within e-commerce.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is highly preferred).
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with consumer electronics or tech accessories within Middle Eastern marketplaces.
- Familiarity with regional platforms such as Jumia, Carrefour, and Souq.com.
- Knowledge of brand protection tools and intellectual property management.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
