Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and maintenance of power systems, HVAC systems, and low current systems.

• Oversee the receipt, inspection, testing, and maintenance of all HVAC systems including central, split, package, and ventilation units.

• Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting activities for low current systems including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and communication systems.

• Responsible for the operation, performance monitoring, and maintenance of generators and UPS systems.

• Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans to guarantee high reliability and system uptime.

• Monitor facility performance and respond to alarms and emergency situations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve technical issues and support seamless facility operations.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and maintenance logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• 2 years of experience in facility management or data center operations.

• Strong knowledge of critical systems (Power, Cooling, Firefighting).

• Experience with BMS and DCIM systems is a plus.

• Ability to work outside Cairo if required

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in English.
