Responsibilities:• Initiate sales conversations with potential customers via phone calls.• Engage customers by asking questions and actively listening to their needs.• Generate repeat sales by understanding and addressing customer requirements.• Gather and document customer information, payment details, purchases, and feedback on various training programs.• Stay updated on all available training programs and inform customers about new offerings.• Provide answers to customers' inquiries regarding EYouth Learning programs and handle objections effectively.
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.• Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and demonstrate strong sales ability.• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.• Resilience in handling rejection and managing stress during customer interactions.• Sales experience in the education field is considered a plus.
Work Conditions:• Location: Maadi, Cairo.• Job Type: Full-time• Days off: 2 Days (Friday and Saturday)• Work from home: 4 days per month
