Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Line Specialist, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Front Line Specialist will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional support to clients. Additional tasks include accurately maintaining records, compiling reports, and communicating critical information within the team. The role requires close collaboration with different departments, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service delivery.
