Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Salesperson will build and maintain client relationships, facilitate real estate transactions, showcase properties, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting properties, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and in-depth understanding of the real estate industry Strong Sales skills and experience in negotiating and closing deals Effective Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices in the region Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site setting and meet goals Proficiency in using property management or sales software is a plus Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred
