Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresh Agent (Real Estate) based in Cairo. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, delivering an exceptional customer service experience, maintaining in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and providing tailored property recommendations. The agent will actively participate in the sales process, collaborate with the team, and work directly with developers to secure attractive deals for clients. Qualifications
Basic understanding of Real Estate principles, or a valid Real Estate License is beneficial Strong Customer Service and communication skills Interest in Real Estate, Sales, and knowledge of Real Property trends and markets Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced industry Willingness to learn and complete training programs upon joining the team Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
