● Prepare and submit a detailed report to the Sales Manager outlining sales performance, progress on opportunities, and key activities.
● Prepare and present customized proposals, demos, and business cases aligned with client objectives.
● Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, contract renewals, and strategic discussions.
● Manage a portfolio of high-value or strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and the company’s evolving product offerings.
● Acquire and sustain industry-relevant certifications in sales, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity to enhance expertise and service delivery.
● Attend key client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions as a senior company representative.
● Responsible for verifying and validating Lead Generation figures to ensure accuracy and reliability of reported data.
Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology-related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the same industry.
● Professional use of CRM Zoho systems.
● Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
● Excellent in English.
