Job Details

● Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sale activities.

● Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and a smooth onboarding process.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding sales activities, opportunity stages, and client interactions.

● Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.

● Prepare and submit a detailed report to the Sales Manager outlining sales performance, progress on opportunities, and key activities.

● Prepare and present customized proposals, demos, and business cases aligned with client objectives.

Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.

Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, contract renewals, and strategic discussions.

● Manage a portfolio of high-value or strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and the company’s evolving product offerings.

● Acquire and sustain industry-relevant certifications in sales, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity to enhance expertise and service delivery.

● Attend key client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions as a senior company representative.

● Responsible for verifying and validating Lead Generation figures to ensure accuracy and reliability of reported data.

Skills

●    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology-related field.

●    3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the same industry.

●    Professional use of CRM Zoho systems.

●    Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales.

●    Excellent in English.
