  • Ensure 24/7 security coverage for all factories.
  • Oversee security operations across workshops (WS) and retail outlets.
  • Supervise and monitor female security personnel at factory locations.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of outsourced security service providers.
  • Control and secure all entry and exit movements at the old factory and Medina factory.
  • Supervise daily post-shift inspections of workers.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and readiness of all inspection and screening equipment.
  • Monitor the operational status of security cameras and oversee installation of new cameras based on production requirements at factories.
  • Supervise camera systems and installation needs at workshops and retail stores, including Wi-Fi–based camera systems.
  • Oversee the renewal of firearms licenses at factories in Mania and Sohag.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and repair of firearms at factories and branches.
  • Monitor the installation and functionality of GPS tracking and control systems for all vehicles transporting products to and from factories.
  • Secure the transportation of gold:
  • Between factories during production stages.
  • Between factories and the Damgha.
  • From factories to branches.
  • Secure the transfer of cash from branches to factories and banks.
  • Conduct investigations into theft or security breaches within factories or sales operations.
  • Monitor drivers and company vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
  • Train and prepare the security team to respond effectively to emergency and high-risk situations.
  • Supervise and secure all construction or maintenance activities carried out by external contractors within factories or sales branches.
  • Ensure the security of housing facilities for foreign employees.
  • Monitor the validity and functionality of radio communication devices at factories and workshops.
  • Oversee the renewal of radio communication licenses (TETRA system).
  • Plan and provide security coverage for various events, both wholesale and retail.
