Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Team Lead (10+ Years Experience) Role Overview The CRM Team Lead will be responsible for the overall delivery, technical leadership, and quality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. The role requires strong hands-on experience combined with team leadership and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Own technical architecture, solution design, and customization strategy Manage and mentor CRM developers and QA engineers Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Oversee integrations with external systems (ERP, portals, APIs, Power Platform) Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and security standards Support project planning, estimations, and risk management Review code, enforce quality standards, and manage technical debt Coordinate deployments, releases, and post-production support Required Experience & Skills10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365Strong hands-on expertise in:Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Service Management) Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) Proven experience leading CRM implementation teams Excellent understanding of:Dataverse Plugins, workflows, business rules Integration patterns (REST, Web APIs, Azure Services) Experience with Azure Dev Ops / CI-CD pipelines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Microsoft certifications (preferred):Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Power Platform certifications
