???? What You’ll Do:

✔ Prepare shop drawings, execution drawings, and fabrication drawings.

✔ Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material take-offs.

✔ Follow up on material submittals, samples, and execution methods.

✔ Prepare progress and cost reports and adjust project plans when needed.

✔ Prepare detailed project quantities and obtain client approvals.

✔ Coordinate with procurement and contracts departments regarding quantity variations or contract addendums.

✔ Support innovative architectural and finishing design ideas.



???? What We’re Looking For:

???? Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Architectural Engineering.

???? 3–5 years of experience in architectural finishing projects.

???? Proficient in Auto CAD & Revit (2D / 3D).

???? Good command of the English language.

???? Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).

✨ GRP, GRC, and EPS previous experience is a BIG plus!

✨ Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
