Dsquares as one of the leading loyalty and rewards solutions' provider in MEA, working with many well-known clients such as Vodafone, Visa, Mastercard, Coca Cola, P&G, Exxon Mobil, Uber and many others is looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints and to provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
What you'll be expected to do: Answers inbound calls and respond to customer requests.
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls within the target call duration.
Use questioning, troubleshooting and listening skills that support effective telephone communication and help in solving the customer's problems & complaints to ensure achieving customer satisfaction.
Receiving and resolving complaints, inquiries, or requests vis the company ticketing system.
Ensure resolving all issues within the required SLA.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
