Segam Group has a job opening for a Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive quality management and food safety policies and procedures (e.g., TQM, HACCP). Oversee all production stages, from raw date reception to final product packaging. Lead, train, and mentor the quality department team to ensure efficient standards implementation. Manage internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, HACCP) and ensure compliance with all requirements. Analyze quality data, identify root causes of issues, and implement necessary corrective and preventive actions. Handle customer quality complaints and work to resolve them effectively. Ensure full product traceability from farm to consumer.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management leadership role, preferably within the food processing or date industry. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Quality Management, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of quality and food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC). Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work a 6-day work week schedule. Willingness to work at New Fayoum, Egypt.
