Opportunity Summary We’re looking for an experienced EU Programs Coordinator who knows how to win and run European/international grants—especially Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe—and wants a real partnership role. You’ll own the full lifecycle of projects: from idea and consortium building to submission, acceptance, delivery, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end grant process: scouting calls, eligibility checks, shaping concepts, and managing submissions. Co-develop project ideas, work packages, budgets, and timelines with the team and partners. Build and manage partnerships/consortia (EU institutions, NGOs, universities, private sector). Handle application writing: narratives, logical frameworks, impact, dissemination, risk, and compliance. After approval: manage implementation, deliverables, documentation, stakeholder communication, and reporting for the full project duration. Ensure alignment with EU requirements (quality standards, audits, templates, deadlines).
What We’re Looking For Proven experience with Erasmus+ proposals and/or delivery (strong plus if also Horizon Europe). Strong knowledge of EU funding rules, proposal structure, and evaluation criteria. Excellent project management + stakeholder management. Strong writing skills in English (proposal-grade), with attention to detail and compliance. Ownership mindset: proactive, structured, and able to lead independently.
