We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager for a very well established English University in New Cairo.
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating regional marketing plans that support student recruitment, brand visibility, local engagement, and hub activities. They will oversee the work of regional marketing staff, coordinate with UK teams, and ensure that marketing content, campaigns, and events reflect the university's brand and growth ambitions.

Main Responsibilities:
Support development of regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy and local market needs. Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, market trends, and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions. Lead regional delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, partnerships, and PR. Adapt central messaging for regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency. Deliver campaigns across the full recruitment funnel (interest, application, conversion). Manage hub-specific digital channels (web, social, email) to meet regional objectives. Oversee creation of engaging content including stories, video, testimonials, and partnership features. Ensure regional webpages are accurate, user-friendly, and optimized. Support recruitment through targeted regional campaigns, content, and collateral. Collaborate with admissions and recruitment teams to align messaging and timelines. Build strong relationships with central marketing teams, hub leadership, academics, and local partners. Represent marketing at hub leadership and strategic meetings. Plan and deliver regional events including open days, fairs, information sessions, and partner engagements. Ensure consistent brand standards and high-quality visitor experiences. Support regional PR and media opportunities. Line manage and develop hub-based marketing staff. Set objectives, monitor performance, and support professional development. Act as deputy where required in global or cross-regional contexts. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, policies, and relevant legislation. Support wider hub initiatives aligned to growth and international strategy.
Qualifications
Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced or professional marketing qualification desirable.8-12+ years' experience in marketing Excellent command of English Proven experience delivering marketing at strategic, tactical, and operational levels using data and insight. Experience leading and managing marketing teams to achieve measurable results. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with diverse or international audiences; knowledge of student recruitment or global education desirable.
