JOB TITLE
Manager – Social Media | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt
ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager – Social Media is responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategy for the company. The role holder is also responsible for designing and implementing social media strategy aligned with business goals and overseeing campaigns achieve satisfactory ROI.
ROLE PROFILE



  • Plan and execute all digital social media and advertising campaigns in market.
  • Design, build and maintain MAF Retail’s social media presence.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Report and manage any engagements that might interfere with the operations of the company.
  • Communicate social information that can affect the activities or image of the company.
  • Propose and implement action plans in order to increase productivity, performance and effectiveness of the operations.
  • Work closely with the Commercial & Operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Working with the central team, plan & develop the social strategy for the market.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / visual communications / media.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar position, experience in the retail industry is preferred .
  • Proactive and creative.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
